EXCHANGE POLICY.

KINFOLK is made of small-batch, handmade products. This means that each of our products are made uniquely to fulfill your personalized order. You can expect a 3-5 business day processing time before your order is shipped. We appreciate your patience and graciousness in our process! RETURNS:

As a small business, returns are not normally accepted. Under very extreme circumstances they may be consider by a case by case basis. Please email us at
kinfolkcandle@gmail.com to initiate a return request. In the event that your refund request is accepted, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your refund request is accepted, to be eligible for a return, the following factors must be agreed upon:

  • Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging.

  • Customer pays for returned shipping fees + a 15% restocking fee

(There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted)

Once Returned:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at
kinfolkcandle@gmail.com and we will help you through processing.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
